Johan found his busy lifestyle made it difficult to focus on his health. Through the 6 week programme, Johan proved if you apply yourself and follow the training program with no short cuts you can make a massive change to yourself and your lifestyle.
"The programme could not have been better, from the start Mike and Sion had my goals in mind. We discussed what I was hoping to achieve and then built the programme around that. The workouts got bigger and better as the weeks went on and grew with my fitness levels. Not only this but Mike and sions PT sessions and communication throughout the 6 weeks really kept motivation at an all time high throughout! It’s been a kick in the right direction I needed so I can’t thank the lads enough and I’m looking forward to carrying this on into the future!"
